About Bullard Outdoors
Bullard Outdoors is a commercial hardscape contractor serving clients across the Southeast. Founded in February 2022, the company grew naturally out of years of experience designing and installing outdoor amenities such as columns, entry systems, foam walls and pool-surround features for fencing clients. Building on that foundation, the team expanded fully into commercial and multifamily environments, including hospitals, student housing, amenity decks and large community projects where high-quality, long-lasting hardscapes are essential.
Today, Bullard Outdoors partners with general contractors, developers, municipalities and property managers to deliver durable, visually impressive outdoor spaces. The company has completed upward of 100 projects, including more than 10 for large commercial general contractor clients.

Bullard Outdoors is a licensed, bonded and insured contractor (State of Florida General Contractor License, roofing contractor license), a certified Jacksonville Small & Emerging Business (JSEB) and member of the Northeast Florida Builders Association (NEFBA).

Our Team
Bullard Outdoors is led by a seasoned group of professionals with decades of combined construction experience. The team includes project leadership, estimating and management personnel and field crews trained in commercial hardscape installation.
Bullard Outdoors’ installation crews are trained in concrete work, paver systems, site furnishings, sport-court builds and other commercial-grade hardscape components. Team members maintain OSHA and CPR certifications, reinforcing the company’s commitment to safety and professional execution.

Sean Bullard
President
As President of Bullard Outdoors, Sean Bullard leads the company with a hands-on approach rooted in experience, consistency and pride in workmanship. Born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida, Sean grew up around the trades and developed a deep respect for doing things the right way on every job, no matter the size.
Under his leadership, Bullard Outdoors has expanded its capabilities in fencing, outdoor coatings, sports courts and more, earning a reputation for reliability, efficiency and results that last. Sean believes success isn’t defined by a single milestone, but by showing up every day with the right team, the right equipment and a commitment to quality that clients can count on.
Lisa Bullard
Vice President
A Jacksonville native, Lisa Bullard works alongside her husband, Sean, to oversee the day-to-day operations of Bullard Outdoors, managing everything from customer service to project coordination. Her commitment to client experience and operational excellence has played a key role in the company’s growth and reputation. Lisa believes in building long-term relationships with both clients and team members while ensuring every project meets Bullard Outdoors’ high standards for quality, safety and professionalism. Outside of daily operations, she is passionate about supporting local initiatives and strengthening community partnerships through charity sponsorships and local organizations.
Brian Trow
Director of Business Development
With more than 20 years of construction experience, Brian is a licensed general contractor and award-winning design/build expert. His background spans residential and commercial construction, including 15 years as a Georgia-licensed residential contractor and a five-year role as on-air talent and general contractor on the A&E series Flip This House. Brian relocated to Jacksonville in 2019 and has since focused on commercial hardscape construction.
