What types of projects does Bullard Outdoors handle?

We specialize in commercial hardscape construction, including site concrete, paver systems, shade structures, site furnishings, sport courts, water features, dog-park elements, fire features, mail kiosks and other outdoor amenities. Our clients include general contractors, developers, municipalities, healthcare campuses, multifamily communities, retail centers and large commercial properties.

Our focus is commercial and municipal work. In select cases, we take on large-scale residential community developments where the scope aligns with our commercial capabilities.

The company was founded in February 2022, expanding from years of experience designing and installing outdoor amenity features for large fencing and site-development projects. Our team has decades of combined construction and design/build background.

Since our founding, we’ve completed between upward of 100 commercial-scale projects, including more than 10 large contracts with major general contractors across the Southeast.

Bullard Outdoors serves clients across the Southeast, including Florida and Georgia. For large projects, we may travel beyond this region depending on scope.

Yes. We coordinate effectively with architects, engineers, electricians, landscapers and other trades to ensure seamless integration across the project.

Yes. All workmanship includes a standard one-year warranty, with extended warranty options available on select systems and materials.

Bullard Outdoors is fully licensed, bonded and insured. We hold a State of Florida General Contractor license and a roofing contractor license.

Yes. We are a certified Jacksonville Small & Emerging Business (JSEB) and a member of the Northeast Florida Builders Association (NEFBA).

Our installers and field crews maintain OSHA and CPR certifications and have extensive training in commercial hardscape methods, safe equipment operation and high-standards craftsmanship.
